-Intercultural Awareness in Business and Private Life-

This Intercultural Training program was developed for expatriate employees of international
companies and their spouses in order to help them adjust to a new culture, both at home and at work.
Three basic building blocks form the structure of this program: intercultural, specific cultural,
and individual social proficiency.

Basic Cultural Awareness
Examining the comprehensive aspects of cult-ure strengthens the general in-tercultural
com-petence and awareness of the expatriates and their partners.

Exploring the specifics of the German culture which the expat-riates are con-fronted with every day - at home and in the office.
